The Utter Guys and UPS are not held liable for packages left that are stolen from the address shown in the checkout notes.

Return Policy:

The Utter Guys will gladly accept your return within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you are returning your item for a refund, a 10% restocking fee will apply and must be in new unused condition, (Gas and Precision instruments) are not returnable

Defective items returned for a refund will incur a 10% restocking fee.

No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used; you can only change the item at that point.

Everything that was originally sent to you needs to be returned or fees will be applied for missing items. (invoice, standard accessories included, etc).

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to The Utter Guys even if the item originally shipped for Free to you.

The Utter Guys will pay to ship the replacement item to you.

All items require a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without a RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender.

Reconditioned tools come with a mauufacturers warranty only and do not go back to the place of purchase even if defective out of the box, each manufacturer has a Factory owned and authorized warranty center setup all across the US.
